The man from Sioux Falls is now facing first degree rape and sexual contact with a child less than 16 years old when is is going to court on Tuesday.
He is 22 years old and was babysitting a five year old girl when her parents came home too her being naked from the waist and down.
that is very disturbing on multiple levels if he truly doing something sexual he should get charged.
