The article tells us about Oakley Engesser and that he now is released after 12 years prison because of new witnesses. His charges was vehicular battery and manslaughter.
What happened that day in 2001 was that he and his friend was in a car accident after driving over 100 mph. New witnesses has told the judge that they saw a woman driving that car, the women who died.
I hope that if he is innocent he is freed for good. Being freed and then re-jailed before I'm sure that he has lost a lot of hope.
